Subscription Terms

1. Overview

Some CUR8R features need a paid subscription. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.

2. Plans and free trial

Hotels subscribe to the Hotel plan to publish listings. Creators can use CUR8R for free, including a set number of applications each calendar month (currently 1, shown in the app); Creator Pro is an optional subscription that removes that limit. Each plan is billed monthly or yearly. While we launch, every feature may be free and no plan is needed; we will tell you before that changes.

New members get one free trial per account (currently 7 days). If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before it ends, it turns into a paid subscription at the price shown when you started it.

3. Free applications

Free applications reset on the 1st of each month (UTC) and don't roll over. Withdrawn applications still count toward the month they were sent. If you cancel Creator Pro, you go back to the free allowance at the end of your paid period.

4. Automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (monthly or yearly) at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

5. Cancelling

On iPhone, cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android, cancel in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. On the web, cancel from the billing link in Settings. Deleting your CUR8R account does not cancel an app store subscription.

6. Refunds

App store purchases are refunded under Apple's and Google's policies; request refunds from them. For web subscriptions, contact support@cur8r.app.

7. Restore purchases

If you reinstall the app or switch phones, use "Restore purchases" on the subscription screen.
