Delete your CUR8R account

You can delete your account yourself at any time. It takes a minute and can’t be undone.

1. In the app

  1. Open CUR8R on your phone and go to Settings.
  2. Tap Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.

2. On the web

  1. Log in to CUR8R on the web.
  2. Open Settings, choose Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.

3. Can’t log in?

Email us from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We’ll confirm it’s you and delete it within 7 days.

4. What gets deleted

Your profile, photos and videos, portfolio, listings, applications, saved listings, connected social accounts and messages are deleted right away. Copies in our backups are removed within 30 days.

We keep a small amount of information when the law requires it, such as billing records, and records needed to handle an open safety report.

5. Subscriptions

Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a subscription bought through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it in your phone’s subscription settings so you aren’t charged again. Web subscriptions are cancelled when you delete your account.
